How long should you keep a simple skin care log?

A short log over several weeks can connect product changes with dryness, breakouts, stinging, and consistency. Urgent or severe symptoms should not wait for a log.

Change one thing at a time

Keep the rest of the routine stable, follow the current label, and note timing and symptoms so benefit or irritation is easier to identify.

Stop signs

Stop for persistent burning, swelling, blistering, hives, or worsening symptoms. Seek urgent help for breathing trouble or severe swelling.
